COVID-19

Milson Serviced Apartments request all guests and visitors to follow social distancing and personal hygiene guidelines, out of respect for the health and safety of our staff, residents and other guests. Please maintain 1.5M distance from others at all times, and wash your hands regularly with soap for at least 20 seconds.

All staff including housekeeping are taking extra precautions for the health and safety of themselves and others, including extra cleaning measures paying particular attention to high-touch areas with disinfectant. We are also ensuring at least 24 hours between occupancy of each apartment, to limit any possible transmissions between guests.

We continue operating mostly under normal office hours for now, however please note that our office will be closed Saturday’s until further notice. Our emergency after hours service is still available for guests as normal, for any urgent issues that cannot wait until office hours.

In addition to these measures, The Milson building has implemented the following rules and guidelines for all residents, visitors and guests which must be followed:

  1. All deliveries are to be left in the foyer for collection by the Resident.
  2. No more than 3 people in the lift at any time. If the lift is being cleaned, only the cleaner is allowed in the lift.
  3. Please use you own hand sanitiser or wash your hands before and after using the lifts.
  4. Wash your hands before leaving your apartments.
  5. Do not use your fingers to touch any lift buttons or other surfaces wherever possible. Use your knuckle or a tissue. Do not touch or hold any rails.
  6. Use the correct coughing or sneezing etiquette at all times i.e. coughing or sneezing into your elbow.
  7. ALL facilities are closed including the gym & pool.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience during these concerning times. Together we can ensure we move forward safely and cautiously.
If you or any of your party are sick or developing COVID symptoms, please get tested immediately and seek medical attention as appropriate. Please also notify our office accordingly as soon as possible for contact tracing and health & safety purposes.
